Annette Morheng, a Luxembourgish national and true cosmopolitan, studied Psychology of Work and Organisations in Munich, Germany and later completed postgraduate studies in intercultural business relations. Having lived and worked extensively across Europe, China, and India, she combines global perspective with practical business expertise, helping leaders and teams translate learning into measurable behavioural change and sustainable organisational impact.
Driven by curiosity and a passion for growth, Annette challenges people to move beyond expectations while valuing diverse perspectives and individual potential. She translates complex organisational psychology into structured leadership and team alignment, creating meaningful impact across global organisations.

Three Decades of International Leadership Experience
Annette Morheng has spent more than three decades working across Europe and Asia, including over twenty years in Europe, ten years in China and nearly five years in India. This unique combination of cultural immersion, organisational psychology and business experience enables her to help leaders and organisations navigate complexity, strengthen collaboration and improve organisational effectiveness in demanding international environments.
Based between Bangalore, Luxembourg and Beijing, she works at the intersection of European and Asian business cultures. Her extensive experience living and working within all three regions allows her to translate not only language and culture, but also leadership expectations, decision-making approaches and organisational realities—creating stronger alignment and more effective execution across borders.
